8 Rounds of:
20 sec. Squats
10 sec. L-Sits
Rest 1 minute.
8 Rounds of:
20 sec. Pushups
10 sec. L-hang.
Score the total number of squats and pushups plus 2 points for every successful 10 sec L-sit or hang. 1 point for every 10 sec. tuck or 1/2 L-sit. Subtract 5 points for every unsuccessful L-sit/hang experience. Post score to comments show your work.

Looking to take off at least another minute.
I can do muscle ups antime anywhere. I don't know when it happened but every attempt was successful through the transition. Strict no kip muscle ups. I can lock them out even though I didn't every time tonight. Still having strange headaches from straining to lock out. MUST GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS!

194 this morning.
This evening did speedwork with running club, 10x330m with 45 second rest + 1x1320m at the end. Led for nine of the 10 loops, which was def. due to Crossfit training. Alas the last one and the big one weren't so pretty. Dammit.

161....I think. Don't really remember as the frustrations of work have been preoccupying me of late. Loco definitely helped work off some of the stress though.
