"What do you mean I can't do any more pullups today?"
Greg: "Tomorrow's another day Maura, and you might want to lay off those lemons."

No marines in that article. (173rd Airborne)

"Maura realizes, belatedly, that Greg may have been pulling her leg: New-Skin on a torn blister hurts just as much with one sleeve rolled-up."

Since I can't come up with a caption that isn't horribly offensive, I think I will just leave that one alone.
By the way, what are lunging Buellers?
Interesting that this is three exercises for three minutes each, rather than 3 exercises for one minute for three rounds. I know the principle of FGB is to keep you changing the movement so you don't slow down intensity. Is this extended round duration here to insure complete muscle failure by the end of the WOD?

Keith! I finally got your mail a couple of weeks ago (let's just say internet is slow around here plus I've barely even had time to sleep, much less do anything else!). Thank you to you and the BlackBox for the shirt and BlackBox WOD "bags". I had one prominently stapled to the wall in my office to remind me to go to the gym. :)
Well, I'm going to be on the way back very shortly for almost 3 weeks of R&R and I'm hoping to stop by if I'm around NYC!

Will stop in the next few days to spread the Swiss chocolate cheer I brought back for all those not too Paleo concerned!!

And for those still interested in healthy eating::
Yesterday I went to the doctor for my yearly physical. My blood
pressure was high, my cholesterol was high, I¢d gained some weight
and I didnt feel so hot.
My doctor said eating right doesnt have to be complicated and it
would solve my physical problems. He said just think in colors; fill my
plate with bright colors: greens, yellows, reds, etc.
I went right home and ate an entire bowl of M&Ms and sure enough, I
felt better immediately. I never knew eating right could be so easy.

All this talk about high blood pressure has me wondering. Does over training elevate blood pressure?
When I went for my first physical after one year of CrossFit, all my stats improved dramatically except for the first time ever my blood pressure was elevated. Thinking back, I'm sure I had done three or more days of WOD's before the exam. I recall that Jon at "Again Faster" wrote about his elevated blood pressure.
I know that after a particularly a few days of brutal WOD's, my pulse seems high for the next day or two. Is there a similar effect on blood pressure?

I used to play hockey with a doctor of physical medicine. I only visited him once, so I can't really vouch for how great his expertise is. He's located nearby Union Square. He's also Ukrainian, if that matters.

Jeff,
I think that's a typo. It should be Lounging Bueller. Here's an example if you're unfamiliar:

Maura: "What do you mean my bull calf is named Greg?"
Since I didn't know what 2/3rds of the posted workout meant, I just went for a run.
