MONEY TALK - Josh mentioned that we are changing the payment options going forward. Here is the deal.
One-time Yearly:
If you want to pay in advance for the full year, we are asking for $1500 through Dec. 31.
Year long contract:
If you don't have the money, you can opt for a year long contract and pay $150 per month on an auto-renew program. This is only available to current members that have completed the Elements Workshop.
Monthly no contract:
If you do not wish to sign a contract, the monthly charge will go up to $200 per month.

These prices are good until the end of January. In February, the prices will go up. A year long contract purchased after January will cost $175 per month.

If you do not wish to pay for a whole month, we will offer a drop-in fee of $25 per class with discounts if you buy 10 or 25 classes. That might be better for people that are doing privates or can only come on weekends.

In a few days we will get our online banking set up to accept credit cards in person and online so come in and discuss which payment options are right for you. If you want to pay by cash or check, please come in person. We will be offering discounts to LEO and MIL.

As soon as we get the merchant approval for taking credit cards we will discontinue the PayPal account. Therefore, you should take steps to discontinue the auto-renew feature on PayPal and set up your account on Mindbody Online ASAP. If you experience any problems with discontinuing the PayPal payments, please contact Josh.

BUY OUR STUFF NOW!!! We'll be updating this frequently, so if you don't see what you want check back again soon.

The "classic thong" is a nice touch. Being able to read the P=F*d/t logo will be a sign of good things ahead.

Wow.. I'm so buying all of that stuff. First thing on my shopping list are those undies! Talk about advertising for the Box.. ;)

Not sure on cafe press making caps. I will be looking into other options. Girls, would the ladies want fitted hats or adjustable ones with the option to pull the ponytail through????

10 rounds plus 8 pullups. (not as many as last time, which was 11 rounds plus.)

Posted by: Allison at January 13, 2008 2:52 PM

15 rounds + 15 1/2 (PR), no torn calluses

Last time was 15 rounds + torn callus. Used the big bar this time, don't know if it made a difference either way.

Great job by Jeff this morning (17+?)

I just wanted to publicly thank Keith and let everyone know that I am sure we will have a great Crossfit Kids program when we get our new space. My 7 year old son came with me today . He is a very good gymnast and has always been interested in what I do at crossfit. H eis however PAINFULLY shy. Keith really got him comfortable and out of his shell and by the end of my session he had him doing some skin the cats, 31 lb "deadlifts" (arch your back!)-my kid weighs 55lbs with clothing on- a few pullups, hanstand pushups at the wall with one abmat and a cartwheel and split thrown in here and there. My son couldn't lift and lockout the 31 lb barbell over his head and now keeps asking me when he can come back to see coach keith so he can get stronger so he can hold that up. In fact while we were there he asked me if we could add ten lbs to the barbell so he could try and lift it again.

So anyway-thanks keith-you really made his afternoon and he said he cannot wait to come back.

Wow I know that this year's Halloween Fran someone will be sporting the "Get some' thong with his costume-that and cuffs and a collar with a bow tie!

Cool stuff, I guess I'll have to buy a few t-shirts and cut my own sleeves.

Hari-great work man! You rule pullups!

To avoid nomenclature problems, I'll just say I completed the 12th round. Not sure how to compare to last time (13+6, I think) as Coach P challenged us to use a different diameter than our last run at this. This put me on the thick bar. Did it make a difference? I don't know (I've got a couple other suspects for the slide) - but then if there's no difference to be made then why even have 2 bar sizes or promote changing? Dunno.
