To The MAX!
Once again Max from CrossFit Oakland was at The Box to kick our butts. We did "Nancy."
5 rounds for time of:
400m Run
15 Overhead Squats, 95lbs/65lbs women
It was painful. Hopefully there will be some good pics posted soon. Tomorrow we'll be back on track with some more fun rest day workouts. Tomorrow night at 6pm is the first Elements Workshop of September. If you haven't taken the Elements Workshop, please show up tomorrow and sign up.

Wow! This is the first day I left the confines of The Box and did the Cuban Run. Ouch! Now I know what you all go through coming up those stairs. Unpleasant.
With the stairs this workout is a little more than Rx'd.

42# and 200 tuck jumps. those sucked. but not as much as five rounds of the Cuban run plus stairs. You guys rocked.
thx to Maximus I got the KTE-and a killer workout!
and thanks to Marisella and Mike I got the first little teeny tiny move of a kip! very teeny and tiny.
oh and thanks to my deteriorating form on overhead squats I got some nice numbness in my left hand! a souvenir for the day!
