We miss you too Alex! Its funny I actually liked the Beast-even though it sucked the next day! Will be going to my first capoeira class today. Taking Coach Glassman's advice and playing a sport to see if my Crossfit training is improving me as an overall athlete so wish me luck.

Moon! you're back, where you been?
totally non-crossfit question. anyone know anyone who can do fairly basic webdesign at a reasonable price? also, if anyone wants to use that buff crossfit body to model some t-shirts and sweats for me let me know.
won't be in today, shucks. head composition 90% snot, 10% snot-like grey matter. thought I'd better not share.

26 rounds as Rx'd. In retrospect, I really could've worked a bit harder. Keith, in the future, if you see me slacking or think that I can work harder just yell at me boot camp style. I really wouldn't have done that last rep if not for your encouragement. See you guys tomorrow.

Overhead squats... wobbly, but got better as I went on. I think I kept The Beast at bay, for now, but I know some day the beast will return and I'll have to fight it again... and harder! (but I know today was officially a rest day, so if The Beast happens to rear it's ugly head on the central website this week, I clearly will be eaten alive).
Ooh, Elizabeth has just popped up... lets have a butchers... oh shit, is that what that bloke was doing on the video the other day?

22 rounds with 52#.
My body is not happy at the moment.

18 reps at 95# in 20 minutes
I think this complex would be much better with no behind the head push press and no snatch grip.
