Paging Dr. Freud
Squat therapy. Lots and lots of squat therapy.
That's what we'll be up to tomorrow. Make sure you show up, because your squat form sucks.

anyone know if there is still room in the kettlebell seminar tomorrow night?

to whom it may concern...
i may be willing to commit to one of the certs, preferably santa cruz, if enough people from the box were headed out to get a discount.
also, provided we're not getting dumped on and the wod doesn't require too many toys, gonna do tomorrow's late morning in the park..

I'm excited about the seminar tomorrow. I just looked at some Utube clips of Steve and couldn't believe what I saw! He was jumping on and off a table on one leg with a KB on his other foot! It didn't look real. He's not bad to look at either ;) I hope I get a front row seat..
Anyone doing anything interesting between class and the seminar?

Want to get healthy brunch or something? (Not that it will last all day or anything....)

Sounds good to me Avery. How much time do we have to kill?

FYI
They are no longer offering group discounts for the certifications. I think that wave of discounts was very shortlived. I just learned about this when I inquired about Pittsburgh.
So save your pennies if you want to go to the Certs. Notwithstanding, the Certs are worth it and more.

Well, I was planning on going to the 11 am class...maybe just watch the lifting class if people are there? I don't want to be totally fried for the seminar, so depends on the WOD. That means from 1 to 6:30 it's wide open....
Posted by: avery at May 19, 2007 8:07 PM
wow. 6:30? Brunch, dinner, a movie, shopping and a massage.

sweet. I'm game for whatever tomorrow...I just know I am not going back to Brooklyn in between the class and KB seminar.

Maybe I will come in and join the after class fun!!

Allison's hitting on Steve before he even gets here...I win the bet.

Just to clarify, that's Allison TWO who's hitting on Mr. Cotter before his arrival. I would never do such a thing. (I'd wait til I actually met him in person.)
Sorry I missed out on the squat therapy, but I thought I'd contribute this link to a funny little mockumentary about squatting, "How to Do the Asian Squat." Enjoy!
