Yesterday:

As many sets possible in 20 minutes:

5 Double Unders
10 Broad Jumps
15 Jumping Pullups

Today:

CrossFit Total

Back squat, 1 rep
Shoulder Press, 1 rep
Deadlift, 1 rep

Go heavy or go home.

You can also go heavy and then go home afterwards. Crossfit is pretty flexible like that.
